Questions people ask first
Who is behind Tech Zenigmatica?
It is a solo practice run from Chennai, India, working with clients worldwide. You work directly with the person doing the build — no account managers, no handoffs.
What kind of clients do you work with?
Startups and small businesses that need production-grade websites and infrastructure but do not have (or do not want) a dedicated platform team.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes — most work is remote and async-friendly. Calls are scheduled around your timezone; IST overlaps a working morning in the Americas and a working afternoon in Europe.
How does a project start?
Send a short message describing what you need. We have a 30–45 minute scoping call, then you get a written proposal with fixed scope, price, and timeline. Work starts on a deposit.
How do payments work?
Milestone-based: a deposit to begin and the balance on delivery, or 3–4 milestones for larger projects. USD by default; INR with GST for Indian clients.
Do I own the code and accounts?
Yes, entirely. Repositories, hosting, cloud accounts, and domains are set up in your name. You get full history, documentation, and a handover walkthrough.
What if something breaks after the project ends?
Every project includes a 30-day fix window for defects in what was delivered. Beyond that, an optional care plan covers ongoing maintenance and changes.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Often, yes. I review the existing code and infrastructure first and tell you honestly whether to continue it or rebuild the weak parts.
Do you offer retainers or ongoing work?
Yes — a monthly care plan for maintenance, or a block of hours per month for continuous improvement on an existing site or platform.
Can I just use the design-showcase blocks myself?
The previews on the Design page are there to show what's possible. If you want a block as real, brand-adapted code for your site, that's a small paid job — usually a few days per block, or a kit price if you take several.
Have a project in mind?
Tell me what you are building. You get a scoping call and a fixed quote — no obligation.
