The short version
This is a static website. It sets no advertising cookies and builds no visitor profiles. The only personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form and send to me.
The contact form
When you submit the form, the name, email, company, budget, service interest, and message you entered are sent to me so I can reply. That is the only reason it is collected. It is not sold, rented, or shared, and it is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting work.
Depending on configuration, the form submission is delivered either directly to my email or through a form-handling service acting as a processor on my behalf.
Analytics
If privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics are enabled, they record aggregate page views and referrers with no personal identifiers. No analytics that track individuals across sites are used.
Local storage
Your theme choice (dark / light / soft) and the glow toggle are stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them. This never leaves your device.
Hosting
The site is served from a content delivery network. Like any web server, the CDN processes standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) transiently for security and operations.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data of yours I hold, ask for a copy, or ask me to delete it. Email tech-support@tech-zenigmatica.com and I will action it.
