The design showcase
The previews on the Design page are demonstrations of what can be built. They are not a licence to copy the code as-is. Blocks adapted and delivered to you as part of a paid engagement are yours under the engagement terms below.
Engagements
Paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work that we both agree to. That document — not this page — sets the scope, price, timeline, payment schedule, intellectual-property assignment, and warranty for the work. In general:
- A deposit is payable before work begins; the balance is billed against milestones.
- On final payment, ownership of the delivered work product transfers to you, except for third-party components under their own licences and my pre-existing general-purpose tooling.
- Delivered work carries a 30-day window for fixing defects at no charge.
- Either party may end an engagement in writing; you pay for work completed to that point.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai having jurisdiction, unless the signed proposal states otherwise.
